To be eligible for a refund, the user must contact our support team within 24 hours of the issue and provide clear evidence, including order ID, number used, and screenshots or logs if available.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If a third-party service rejected or blocked the virtual number (we cannot guarantee acceptance by all platforms).
